Row your boat

Craig and I have been doing a fabulous job of exploring this great city. So far we have found something fun to do almost every weekend and then of course I get to do some extra exploring with the mommy group I attend on Fridays. It has been so fun. Some days I tell myself that I do not want to live in a studio apartment for years and years and I definitely do not want to raise children in this crazy place. On other days I never want to leave. So I have just come to the conclusion that I am going to be happy with whatever our future brings... because as of right now its a huge mystery and I also dont really have any other choice.
So this past weekend was fabulous. It was a little stressful because we had a lot of things today between baby sitting, church talks, baptisms, work etc... but Saturday was such a beautiful day we had to do some of our exploring that required great weather. So after my Relief Society breakfast in central park, Craig met me and we went and did the row boats. It was definitely my favorite thing that we have done so far. It was so fun and I was laughing so hard because we kept running into other boats because Craig is not quite as good at rowing as he would like to think. It was very entertaining, so fun and a perfect gorgeous day. It just makes loving your husband so much easier when you get to do things like that with him.

After our boating in the great central park we went down to Greenwich village to eat at Bleecker Street Pizza. It was voted best pizza in New York the past 2 years by The Food Network and one of my mommy group friends told me it was her favorite. It was delicious. We will definitely be going back some day. After that we ventured down the street to Milk and Cookies. Its an adorable tiny little bakery that smells magnificent. You can order just plain milk and cookies, they can make ice cream sandwiches for you or there are a few other sweet treat choices. It was a fun place to sit and eat cookies but I concluded that it was over rated. Cookies were good- Not amazing. But it was a fabulous day and a very fun date with my hubby nonetheless.

I have one word for you... jealous! Seriously, what a stinkin cool life you guys have! How fun to do all that crazy New York stuff all the time!! Okay, please please tell me that you have seen Stacy and Clinton around town taking people shopping - then my jealousy will be complete, haha! You should totally do a list on famous people you've spotted.
